Help us Help othersSuch is the greatness of a community! My idea and dream to set up a playground in the poor neighborhood De Zwaan in Scharloo has become a reality! Many thanks to my dear customers, who have supported me all this time in everything I do. Without you this would never have happened. I am a grateful person and all the children in the neighborhood enjoy it thanks to you! This is a wonderful project that came about with a lot of people. An extra thank you goes to Jose from Maderos, for building the playground. Thanks to Nicolai from the truck rental, for letting me take the truck with me for free, when he heard what I needed it for. Also a very big thank you to the residents of De Zwaan district, who came in large numbers to help prune trees, dig holes or just give advice. Together we're strong!!!

DONATIONS:
Dushi Walks Curaçao is personally involved with the people. That is why we also accept donations and goods, that people no longer want or can use but are still in a good state and usable. We personally collect the donations from your residential home or holiday location and deliver them to the right destination. We strive for the slogan: together we're strong! FUNDRAISING AND MORE: I will keep you informed on my blog! BIKE FOR RASTA BIENTU: Rasta Bientu's old bike was stolen! After I put a post on Facebook we received a message from an anonymous giver and we were allowed to pick up a very nice bike. A new lock was put in place so that it could not be stolen again. Happy with his new bike, Rasta Bientu was able to do his job again: washing cars in Otrobanda. |
